Pineapple Coconut Champagne
(makes 2 cocktails)
- 1 8 oz. can pineapple juice
- 2 oz. cream of coconut
- Mix the pineapple juice and cream of coconut in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice and top with champagne.

In obsessions, Kelsey is eating dinner by candlelight (she loves the Trader Joe's tapered candles) these days with vintage candlesticks (similar to these) and Erica has joined the Hydro Flask club and can't get enough of her Green Bay Packers!
