In terms of fitness, we share what's working for us and what's not, where we like to work out, our favorite and most hated workouts, and what motivates us.
Erica's giving up on the gym for now, but loving Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Weight Loss Yoga at home, and Kelsey's working her way back into a fitness routine with morning walks and spin classes.
We also admit to some of our strange personal quirks, like Erica's need for a plastic spoon with her yogurt and the scalding temperature of Kelsey's food. Erica also has a big problem with cotton dish cloths, but Kelsey has a solution with Trader Joe's wash rags. Found this post by Design Mom, which sums it all up nicely.
In Neighborhood News, we have a rogue trash can update from our last episode, and the best found pet ad ever! Erica had a rum mishap while gathering supplies for a Dark & Stormy, and Kelsey's scavenging for succulents around the neighborhood.
