Cara Cara Orange Sage Campari Sparkler
2 oz. gin
sage simple syrup
fresh pressed juice of 2 Cara Cara oranges and 1/2 lemon
Make sage simple syrup by boiling one part sugar to one part water with fresh sage leaves until sugar dissolves. Strain out sage leaves and let simple syrup cool. In each of two glasses add ice and then top with 1 oz of gin each and 1 oz simple syrup. Divide fresh juice between the two glasses, top each with tonic water and then a splash of Campari. Garnish with a merge of orange.
